Until Filled General Statement of Duties Under general supervision performs routine clerical duties involving the processing and maintenance of real property ownership records.
Researches and gathers information as necessary in determining property ownership and value.
Issues mobile home licenses, and mobile home moving permits, abstract deeds, wills and title search in detail.
Reports to the Tax Assessor.
Minimum Qualifications High school graduate with one to two years of clerical experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
