Responsibilities:
Support timekeeping processing and reporting requirements Facilitate the recruitment process to ensure efficient, appropriate candidate selection and placement for open positions Onboard all new employees to include new hire orientation, company policies, practices, and procedures.
Manage and file training records for employees Track Attendance, and create counseling documents as needed Fill, and refill the supply cabinet Assist with Open Enrollment annually Respond to inquiries and questions from staff in a professional and timely manner; provide accurate information.
Escalate employee relations issues to the HR Manager and General Manager.
Participate in all onsite/remote safety committee meetings and events.
This includes monthly Safety audits Ensure all safety programs are monitored, and record keeping is complete.
Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associates degree preferred 2
years' experience in a HR Generalist environment Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and professional demeanor.
Broad knowledge of general business practices and procedures.
