The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical work.
Responsibilities and Qualifications Requirements:
Replacement of mobile homes.
This individual must have experience with electrical work.
Mobile home construction knowledge is desired.
This position will work remotely at times in Horry, Marion, and the Dillion County area.
This position will work remotely with a team of piers on a number of homes each month throughout the construction process.
You will also work with subcontractors, work on homes as needed, make sure the homes pass county and state inspections, and make warranty calls after the homeowner takes possession.
This individual will need their own tools to work on electrical plumbing, framing siding, and well equipment.
This individual will also need to be willing to drive their own vehicle.
Mileage reimbursement will be paid.
This individual will need an acceptable MVR.
Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from $23 -$26 per hour.
