Can complete mathematical calculations as needed.

Have comprehensive knowledge of computer applications and the utilization of such in completing related tasks.

Can type at the required corrected rate.
Paree clear and concise letters of correspondence as required.
Has the ability to estimate the supplies and materials needed by the department for daily operations and ensures that such items are available as needed.
Can perform duties effectively and accurately while maintaining schedules and deadlines.
Has the ability to understand and utilize the concepts and principles of bookkeeping methods and procedures.

Maintains high standards of accuracy in exercising duties and responsibilities.
Exercises immediate remedial action to correct any quality deficiencies that occur in areas of responsibility.
